Terms And Conditions

  1. 1. Customers can join the scheme any day of the year.
  2. 2. Existing members can enroll in multiple schemes.
  3. 3. Monthly instalments must be paid only once each month.
  4. 4. Discounts/bonus apply only if all installations are paid on time .
  5. 5. GST levied by government is compulsory for all schemes. GST to be calculated at the time of delivery or closing of the bill.
  6. 6. Payments can be made in cash, UPI , or through online options .
  7. 7. The membership card must be surrendered at redemption. Failure to surrender the card will result bin cancellation of membership.
  8. 8. Late payments will postpone the redemption date.
  9. 9. If discontinued, money will not be refunded in any circumstances.
  10. 10. Rewards and discounts are forfeited if the scheme is dis continued early.
  11. 11. The scheme is only valid for purchasing jewellery( gold or silver). The scheme cannot be combined with other company schemes.
  12. 12. PAN Card and details to be provided if the amount per month exceeds by ₹10000 by the same party . And in such cases no cash transactions possible , only BANKING options.
  13. 13. Bonus cannot be given in terms of cash.
  14. 14. The scheme does not cover refunds or exchanges for cash or bullion .
  15. 15. Charges for making jewellery are additional to scheme investment. And are subject to the jewellery selected for purchase.
  16. 16. Management can reject applications without providing reasons.
  17. 17. Disputes during redemption are resolved based on management’s decision. Terms and conditions are subject to change at management’s discretion.
  18. 18. Receipts will be issued for every deposit . The same shall also reflect in membership card.
  19. 19. Any discrepancies in the card entries or receipts should be bought to management’s notice within 7 days of entry .
  20. 20. Criteria for earning the discounts are applicable to members who will pay all their monthly instalments in time without defaulting on any month.
  21. 21. Making charges will differ from jewellery to jewellery .
  22. 22. In case of any dispute during redemption management’s decision will be final.
